REFUND POLICY

Refunds will only be made if the item is found to have a manufacturing defect. If the reason is of another nature, it must be duly explained and presented to baruch.concept@gmail.com

The amount paid by the Customer, including, if applicable, the costs that the customer paid for the delivery of the good, will be made using the same payment method that was used in the initial purchase, at no cost to the consumer, after validation of compliance with the conditions return within a maximum period of 14 days.
Except in cases where BARUCH offers to collect the item, it may withhold the refund until the item is received.

All prices and information available on our website aim to be accurate and complete, however, in certain situations, pricing errors, among others, may occur.
