REFUND POLICY
Refunds will only be made if the item is found to have a manufacturing defect. If the reason is of another nature, it must be duly explained and presented to baruch.concept@gmail.com
The amount paid by the Customer, including, if applicable, the costs that the customer paid for the delivery of the good, will be made using the same payment method that was used in the initial purchase, at no cost to the consumer, after validation of compliance with the conditions return within a maximum period of 14 days.
Except in cases where BARUCH offers to collect the item, it may withhold the refund until the item is received.
All prices and information available on our website aim to be accurate and complete, however, in certain situations, pricing errors, among others, may occur. The user shall not have the right to rely on a price that is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing sales price for that product or service. In the event that the price published by BARUCH for a product or service is obviously or materially lower than the prevailing sales price due to a pricing error on the part of BARUCH, we are under no obligation to sell at that price and will have the right not to enter into the user contract.
